In this section you can find commentaries and case notes on issues concerning the new forms of work. The increased relevance of digital economy is transforming the way in which work is performed, and we aim at providing an overview on the implication of these changes for workers’ rights, and for the role of trade unions. In particular, we want to focus on national or EU jurisprudence and trade union’s initiatives that touch up the position (and on the need of protection) of workers in the new forms of work.
