ELW Workshop on the Recent development in labour law in Europe

The workshop will be held in English.
Among others, reports will be given of the recent development in labour law in France, Russia and UK. All members are invited to present further reports on the recent development labour law in their respective country. We will also evaluate the recent jurisdiction of the ECJ and the ECtHR on the field of labour law.
